RDI Solutions is seeking a Technician to service and repair Sharp copiers. Install, repair, tag, maintenance and routine service on copiers and printers. Advance Networking capabilities. Has to be Sharp Certified. Demostrates excelent technical and customer relation skills. 




• Performs a full range of servicing and repair: diagnostics, installation and troubleshooting

• Set up IP addresses, networking installations, downloads printer drivers

• Provide customer training

• Responsible for closing service calls

• Excellent customer service
